Purchasing a physical book or other product does not transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property.

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, purchasing or downloading digital content grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal, noncommercial use.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or reproduce purchased digital materials for others without permission.

Products may be purchased directly through our website using Squarespace Commerce or through third-party retailers.

Purchases Through CLIF Ministry

When purchasing directly through our website:

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are presented during checkout.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Purchases completed through these websites are governed by the applicable retailer's terms, payment procedures, shipping arrangements, and return policies.

CLIF Ministry is not responsible for processing or fulfilling transactions completed through independently operated retailers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

CLIF Ministry currently ships physical products purchased directly through our website to addresses within the United States.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days after purchase.

This timeframe refers to order processing and shipment, not guaranteed delivery.

Actual delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and other circumstances.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will provide appropriate notice and offer cancellation and refund options in accordance with applicable law.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Returns and refunds for purchases made directly through CLIF Ministry are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, together with applicable consumer protection laws.

Generally:

Returns for a change of mind are not accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect physical products should be reported within seven days of delivery.
Eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products may qualify for a replacement or refund.
Digital products are generally nonrefundable once delivered, except where required by law or when purchased content cannot be provided.
